Dear Valued Clients,
We hope you are all well, keeping healthy and enjoying some of this beautiful weather we are having!
Our staff is taking serious measures to ensure our safety and yours as this is our top priority as we care for our communities beloved pets. Those measures include:
- Taking the temperature of all employees at the start of each shift
- All team members self monitor for symptoms of Covid-19 daily
- All team members wear masks and are washing hands before and after every patient (as always) and in addition use hand sanitizer
- Disinfecting our hospital several times throughout each day and overnight
- Practicing social distancing as much as possible
Our plans are to continue offering curbside service through most of the summer. When you arrive, we ask that you call us from the parking lot and a team member will discuss your visit (take a history), then meet you outside of your car. We ask that you please wear a mask while you hand our loving tech's your pet (with a leash or in a carrier). Please understand that safety remains our top priority and therefore, our staff is not permitted to open your car door or enter your vehicle. We will ask for the make/model and color of your car.
*Please be sure to let us know, when scheduling your appointment, if you or any member of your household has tested positive for Covid-19 or are experiencing Covid-19 related symptoms (fever, chills, shortness of breath, coughing, loss of taste or smell, fatigue, headache, nausea, vomiting diarrhea). If any of these apply, we ask that you please send your pet in with a family member of friend, not living with you and who has not been exposed.*
We ask that you please wear a mask when in contact with our staff, at all times. We understand they are uncomfortable and it is hot outside. We wish we didn't have to wear them either! We only ask that you wear them when speaking directly with a member of our team, curbside. It is very important to us because we have several pregnant team members, staff with new babies and team members who are immunocompromised as are their very young children. We also have team members living with elderly family members and we are just trying to keep everyone safe and comfortable. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
There is a cooler in the front of the hospital with cold, bottled water. Please help yourself!
If you are picking up food or medications, please park near the large white flag in our front parking lot. Call us when you arrive and a team member will bring out your pet supplies.
Please remember to call ahead for all medication refills. They can take up to 24 hours for us to process.
Please help our front desk!
Email or use our app for food, rx refills and/or to schedule an appointment!! We are experiencing high call volumes and encourage email or app communication.

*Please be sure to let us know, when scheduling your appointment, if you or any member of your household family has tested positive for Covid-19. We would ask that you please send your pet in with a close family member of friend who has not been exposed.*
Thank you for your continued kindness you have all shown us during this difficult time. We are thrilled to offer our community more availability and we look forward to seeing you soon!
