Effie Lambetsos

CSR Lead

Native to Queens, New York, Effie has worked at Princeton Animal Hospital since 2002. Effie is our most senior Client Services Representative. She has a reputation for her ability to secure services for owners that require immediate medical care for their pets. She is detailed and methodical and is definitely a go-to person at the practice!

Effie spends most of her free time caring for her four children; Jacklyn, Jorge-Tyler, Anastasia and Demetrios, and their two dogs, Ninja and Noodles. The family enjoys reading, playing Rock Band, and watching movies together.

Kelly Wharton

CSR Lead


Kelly joined Princeton Animal Hospital & Carnegie Cat Clinic in September 2016. Kelly decided to join our team because of the welcoming atmosphere and her love for animals. Kelly is our Co-Lead Customer Service Representative! Kelly aims to bring smiles to all the faces of her co-workers, clients and especially patients! Kelly says, “I love my co-workers and the family environment PAH & CCC provides.” 

Kelly has a 3 year old Siberian Husky, Ghost, who is full of personality and a 6 month old kitten, Grayson, who she adopted from Princeton Animal Hospital! Kelly enjoys music, spending time with her family and friends, reading, watching the Philadelphia Eagles, going to the beach and in the winter, enjoys the Poconos.

Sarah Thiem


Marketing Coordinator

Sarah joined Princeton Animal Hospital in 2012 as a receptionist and now works remotely, behind the scenes at Princeton Animal Hospital & Carnegie Cat Clinic, as our social media and marketing coordinator. Sarah creates and designs our monthly staff newsletter, quarterly Behind the Scenes newsletter for our clients and manages our website.  She assists in all aspects of social media and marketing and also works closely with our practice manager, Donna.

Sarah has been working in the veterinary field for nine years prior to working with the practice. "I decided to join Princeton Animal Hospital because of the people. It's important to like the people you work with," Sarah said. "Everyone here sincerely cares about pets and their owners." Sarah also adores her animals at home. She has two rescue dogs, Larry and Zara, both rat terrier / pit mixes. As for her hobbies, Sarah loves kayaking and entertaining family and friends.

Jennifer Strano


Client Services Representative

Jennifer, known as Jen around the hospital, joined the Princeton Animal Hospital team in March 2014. Jen answers the phone with her sunny disposition and great smile. She assists our clients and patients during the check in process, pulls food orders and helps to uphold our standard of excellent service for our clients and their furry family members.

"I enjoy working at Princeton Animal Hospital because of the great people and atmosphere," she says. "Every single person that works here genuinely cares about your pet. They will do everything in their power to help you in any situation."

Jen has three cats; Sunny, Moekey, and Cheeto. She enjoys going to the gym and photography.

Client Services Representative

Isabel joined Princeton Animal Hospital in December 2013 as a veterinary assistant, quickly transitioned to veterinary technician and has found her calling with client services. Isabel loves exceeding client expectations, greeting clients and their pets, and enjoys being a part of a great team, dedicated to making clients' pets a top priority. She can typically be found on the lower level of the hospital, running the front and lobby area of the Carnegie Cat Clinic where she also assists our highly skilled feline technicians and doctors. Isabel also oversees food inventory for our hospital patients as well as ensuring food orders for our clients and their pets are filled and delivered flawlessly.

In her spare time, Isabel can be found spending time with her family and pets. She has three dogs: Kayla, a shepherd mix; a Sato from Puerto Rico named Skyler, a Yorkie; and Toby a springer spaniel. She also has two African Sulcata tortoises, Mischa and Speedy and a Rex rabbit named Sweetie. Isabel also volunteers at animal shelters, bike rides, knits, decorates her home, enjoys camping, hiking, and going to the beach.

Rasha Pemberton


Client Services Representative

Rasha grew up in Ocean Township, New Jersey just a few minutes from the beach. She joined our family in June, 2015 as a Client Services Representative. Rasha says, "I joined PAH because I love meeting and helping people." Some of Rasha's favorite things about working at Princeton Animal Hospital and Carnegie Cat Clinic are interacting with all the beautiful, sweet pets and helping to make a difference in their lives. She also boasts that "my co-workers are some of the best in the industry. Everyone is always very encouraging and supportive and care greatly for the pets and the pet parents as much as I do!"

Rasha has three dogs. A chocolate lab named Glory, who loves the water & playing fetch; a rescue named BonBon, a Morkie, who is about as lazy as she is cute, and a Beagle mix named Ava Watson who is full of energy. In her spare time Rasha likes to go back to visit the beach, go hiking with friends, and visit popular food destinations with her fiancé, Eric.

Client Services Representative

Colleen joined the staff at Princeton Animal Hospital in March 2015 as a client service representative.

"I really enjoy being a member of the Princeton Animal Hospital team. The staff is wonderful to work with and so caring and compassionate to all of our patients. I enjoy the constant interaction I experience with our patients and their owners. Every day I learn something new."

Colleen has always been an animal lover, taking in many stray cats over the years. She has a soft spot for greyhounds. She and her husband have a rescued greyhound, Rory. In her spare time Colleen enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters and grandson as well as running, yard work, and taking Rory for long walks.

Client Services Representative

Justine joined Princeton Animal Hospital in October 2014. She decided to become a member of our team because she enjoys working in a fast paced environment with hard working, dedicated people who have a fond appreciation for animals.

During her time at the hospital Justine can be found happily speaking with and helping clients, checking in appointments and assisting the staff in any way she can. Her high standards and work ethic make her a perfect fit for this role! "I am very friendly, outgoing and love our clients and patients. It brings me joy to see our staff make pets feel better and owners with peace of mind that their loved ones are in great hands."

At home Justine cares for a Yorkie named Mia. "Mia is a little princess and loves to attack our fake Santa Clause we put out every year." Justine likes spending time with her family and shopping.

Becca Goldberg

beccaClient Services Representative

Becca grew up in the Princeton area and worked in the local pet food store Dogs and Cats Rule for 7 years prior to working at PAH. In November 2016 she joined the practice after completing the Veterinary Assistant externship through MCCC. “I loved the atmosphere and the amazing staff who were so patient and helpful and couldn’t wait to be part of the team!” Becca has an Australian shepherd mix named Cody. He is so smart and funny! He knows lots of tricks like how to ring a bell, crawl and play dead. “One of the most rewarding things I’ve done was to train and foster a Seeing Eye dog for 18 months. I absolutely loved it and would like to do it again someday.” In her spare time, Becca enjoys hanging with family and friends, visiting new places as well as reading, cooking, baking and crocheting. “I love working with the PAH and CCC team because they show so much compassion and dedication for the animals they take care of everyday; it makes coming to work not feel like work."

Renee Dzieminski


Renee grew up in Lawrence, New Jersey and joined our practice in July of 2018. Renee is one of our super friendly Customer Service Representatives who loves greeting our clients and patients. She truly has a sunny disposition and compliments our front desk team beautifully! Renee decided to be a member of our team because she loves animals and working with such a caring team.  “I love working with the staff here because everyone is ready to teach you something new.”  In her free time Renee loves to dance and take classes. She really enjoys play time with her adorable kitty, Rocko who was adopted from our practice! Rocko’s favorite thing to do is bring his ball upstairs and chase it back down. He's super cute and behaves more like a dog, than a cat!

Kate Schaefer 


Kate started working at Princeton Animal Hospital & Carnegie Cat Clinic in November of 2019 as a Client Service Representative. Kate grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania and has always had a passion for animals. She really loves supporting the team, providing white glove customer service and says, “ I love being involved with keeping our clients beloved pets happy and healthy.” At home Kate is an adoring mother who enjoys cooking, reading and the outdoors. Kate looks forward to giving our patients extra love while she is at work since she currently does not own a pet.
