ReceptionEffie Lambetsos

Native to Queens, New York, Effie has worked at Princeton Animal Hospital since 2002. Effie is our most senior Client Services Representative. She has a reputation for her ability to secure services for owners that require immediate medical care for their pets. She is detailed and methodical and is definitely a go-to person at the practice!

Effie spends most of her free time caring for her four children; Jacklyn, Jorge-Tyler, Anastasia and Demetrios, and their two dogs, Ninja and Noodles. The family enjoys reading, playing Rock Band, and watching movies together.

ReceptionSarah Thiem

Sarah joined Princeton Animal Hospital in 2012 as a receptionist and in 2015 earned the position as Client Liaison where she works closely with the staff to ensure an outstanding veterinary experience for all of our clients and patients. Sarah has been working in the veterinary field for seven years prior to working with the practice. "I decided to join Princeton Animal Hospital because of the people. It's important to like the people you work with," Sarah said. "Everyone here sincerely cares about pets and their owners."

Sarah handles all client concerns and does an outstanding job engaging and educating our clients and the community through social media. She creates and designs our monthly staff newsletter and quarterly Behind the Scenes newsletter for our clients. Sarah has earned an Associate's degree in fine art and graphic design. She assists in all aspects of client services and works closely with our practice manager on marketing. She strives to go above and beyond for every client and their beloved pet.

Sarah adores her animals at home, too. She has two rescue dogs, Larry and Zara, both rat terrier / pit mixes. As for her hobbies, Sarah loves camping, hiking, fishing, kayaking, swimming, painting, making jewelry and entertaining family and friends.

Jennifer StranoJennifer Strano

Jennifer, known as Jen around the hospital, joined the Princeton Animal Hospital team in March 2014. Jen answers the phone with her sunny disposition and great smile. She assists our clients and patients during the check in process, pulls food orders and helps to uphold our standard of excellent service for our clients and their furry family members.

"I enjoy working at Princeton Animal Hospital because of the great people and atmosphere," she says. "Every single person that works here genuinely cares about your pet. They will do everything in their power to help you in any situation."

Jen has three cats; Sunny, Moekey, and Cheeto. She enjoys going to the gym and photography.

Isabel GehrauIsabel Gehrau

Isabel joined Princeton Animal Hospital in December 2013 as a veterinary assistant, quickly transitioned to veterinary technician and has found her calling with client services. Isabel loves exceeding client expectations, greeting clients and their pets, and enjoys being a part of a great team, dedicated to making clients' pets a top priority. She can typically be found on the lower level of the hospital, running the front and lobby area of the Carnegie Cat Clinic where she also assists our highly skilled feline technicians and doctors. Isabel also oversees food inventory for our hospital patients as well as ensuring food orders for our clients and their pets are filled and delivered flawlessly.

In her spare time, Isabel can be found spending time with her family and pets. She has three dogs: Kayla, a shepherd mix; a Sato from Puerto Rico named Skyler, a Yorkie; and Toby a springer spaniel. She also has two African Sulcata tortoises, Mischa and Speedy and a Rex rabbit named Sweetie. Isabel also volunteers at animal shelters, bike rides, knits, decorates her home, enjoys camping, hiking, and going to the beach.

Rasha PempertonRasha Pemperton

Rasha grew up in Ocean Township New Jersey, a few minutes from the beach. She joined our team in June 2015 as a client services representative. Rasha says, "I joined PAH because I love meeting and helping people." Some of Rasha's favorite things about working at Princeton Animal Hospital and Carnegie Cat Clinic are interacting with all of the beautiful, sweet pets and helping to make a difference in their lives. She also said that "my co-workers are some of the best in the industry. Everyone is always very encouraging and supportive and care greatly for the pets and the pet parents as much as I do!"

Rasha has two dogs. A chocolate lab named Glory, who loves the water & playing fetch, and a recent rescue named BonBon, a Morkie, who is about as lazy as she is cute. In her spare time Rasha likes to go back to visit the beach, go hiking with friends, and visit popular food destinations with her fiancé, Eric.

Colleen NatalicchioColleen Natalicchio

Colleen joined the staff at Princeton Animal Hospital in March 2015 as a client service representative.

"I really enjoy being a member of the Princeton Animal Hospital team. The staff is wonderful to work with and so caring and compassionate to all of our patients. I enjoy the constant interaction I experience with our patients and their owners. Every day I learn something new."

Colleen has always been an animal lover, taking in many stray cats over the years. She has a soft spot for greyhounds. She and her husband have a rescued greyhound, Rory. In her spare time Colleen enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters and grandson as well as running, yard work, and taking Rory for long walks.

Justine RoudophJustine Roudoph

Justine joined Princeton Animal Hospital in October 2014. She decided to become a member of our team because she enjoys working in a fast paced environment with hard working, dedicated people who have a fond appreciation for animals.

During her time at the hospital Justine can be found happily speaking with and helping clients, checking in appointments and assisting the staff in any way she can. Her high standards and work ethic make her a perfect fit for this role! "I am very friendly, outgoing and love our clients and patients. It brings me joy to see our staff make pets feel better and owners with peace of mind that their loved ones are in great hands."

At home Justine cares for a Yorkie named Mia. "Mia is a little princess and loves to attack our fake Santa Clause we put out every year." Justine likes spending time with her family and shopping.
