We hope you are all well, keeping healthy and starting to enjoy some of the nicer weather!
We want to thank you for your trust in us and for helping to support us as we take baby steps towards our new normal. We greatly appreciate you all; from clients who provided our patients with hand crocheted blankets, treats and goodies for our staff, thoughtful thank you cards and amazing five star reviews! Our team feels truly blessed to provide care for our patients and the people who love them!
Effective Monday, June 1st, we are slowly going to be re-introducing a limited number of wellness and vaccine services back into our schedule. In order to maintain our high standards of medicine and service, and to ensure the safety of you and our team, we will continue to offer curbside service.
We ask that you continue to wear face masks as you hand your fur baby over to our tech's and to practice social distancing, as well as frequent hand washing.
Our staff is taking serious measures to ensure our safety and yours as this is our top priority. We are taking the temperature of all employees at the start of each shift; all team members self monitor for symptoms of Covid-19. All team members wear masks and are washing our hands before and after every patient and practicing social distancing as much as possible. We are also disinfecting our hospital several times throughout each day and overnight.
At this time we are also scheduling elective surgeries again! Elective surgeries include spays, neuters and dental cleanings. Our feline boarding has remained open and we're all greatly missing our frequent flyers and can't wait to see and play with them all again soon!
Effective Monday, June 8th based on the 8 pm curfew being lifted, we are returning to normal business hours. Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sunday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
We ask that you continue to use alternate ways to contact us. Our phone lines are often very busy and hold times can be longer than usual.
